It is probable that a war now a days is about money. You could find some national fundraser type thing, and get the country going in the right direction.
sometimes dictators can act in violence because that tis the first thing that comes to mind and that is why we have More than one person making the decision
I think that peace is something to work for, sometimes people don't want to talk things out though. I think if that is the case then we need to involve more countries to put more pressure on the uncooperative country to change.
